**At the time of application:**

1. Letter from the beneficiary detailing the construction of a school building, including:

- Educational levels and curricula.

- Location.

- Plot number.

2. Engineering plans for the building.

3. Approval letter from the Urban Planning Department for using the plot of land to establish and operate a private educational institution.

1. The approval letter from the Urban Planning Department must confirm the use of the land for the purpose of establishing a new private educational institution.
