This service aims to allow beneficiaries to submit a grievance request regarding the increase in tuition and additional fees for private schools and kindergartens. This service is a continuation of the “Increase in Tuition and Additional Fees for a Private Educational Facility” service.

1. Grievance letter submitted within the period specified by the relevant department, following notification to schools and kindergartens wishing to file a grievance.

1. Reconsideration of the fee increase is allowed within the specified period and after receiving the approved tuition fee schedule.

2. The justifications, evidence, and documents submitted must be new and not included in the previously submitted request.
