Manual Attestation for National Service Deferment

This service aims to provide manual authentication for the purpose of deffering national service for Qatari students who have recently graduated from high school, whether they wish to study inside or outside the State of Qatar.

Traditional

1. A copy of the high school certificate.

2. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

3. University acceptance letter (for newly admitted students).

4. Enrollment certificate (for students who have already started studying).

5. For students admitted to study abroad: submission of the pre-approval decision (via the electronic system) stamped by the University Degree Equivalency Department.

1. The applicant must be a Qatari citizen.

2. The applicant must have recently graduated from high school, with no more than one year since graduation.

3. The applicant’s high school grade average must be at least 75%.

4. All submitted documents must be valid.
