3. National Service Certificate (for males only).

4. Study visa application form (F1) for studies in the USA.

5. An unconditional university acceptance letter with complete details, specifying the program, academic duration, study system, and start and end dates.

6. The study plan.

7. Language proficiency certificate (if the study was not in the applicant’s native language).

8. Transcript of transferred credits (if applicable).

9. Authorization letter for transferred credits (if applicable).

10. Pre-approval for transferred credits (if applicable).

11. Non-employment certificate from the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (for non-employees).

12. Employer’s approval letter for studying abroad (for employees).

13. The most recent academic qualification obtained by the applicant and its equivalency letter in Qatar (if obtained abroad), or attestation by the University Degree Equivalency Department if issued by an accredited institution in Qatar.

14. High school certificate and its equivalency letter if it is non-Qatari or follows a non-Qatari curriculum.

15. Official letter (exemption/completion/postponement) from the National Service Academy, Ministry of Defense.

1.The applicant must be a Qatari national.

2.The university must be accredited and listed in the records of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar at the time of starting the studies.

3.The academic program, its duration, and the study system must comply with the Certificate Equivalency System in the State of Qatar.

4.Adherence to the lists of accredited universities listed by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education for studies outside Qatar is required.

5.Students wishing to study at educational institutions (universities) within the State of Qatar must contact the University Certificate Equivalency Department or visit the Ministry's website to ensure these universities are accredited before registration.

6.All submitted documents must be valid.
