At the time of application:

1. The application form.

2. A copy of the medical report for the student.

During the service process:

1. A copy of the Qatari ID card of the transportation provider.

2. A driving license for the transportation provider.

3. A copy of the vehicle registration for the transportation provider.

4. A "To Whom It May Concern" letter from the bank for the transportation provider, including the IBAN number.

1.The student must be enrolled in one of the government schools in the State of Qatar.

2.The student must be a Qatari national.

3.The student must fall under Level Three according to the classification of the Special Education and Inclusive Education Department.
