Before applying for the service:

1.Expert registration card for all employees in the company, if they are registered experts.

2.Declaration and commitment to notify the Experts Administration if the number of registered experts in the company falls below three.

3.Employment contract for registered experts or a list of the names of experts working in the company.

While applying for the service:

If there are new employees in the company who are not registered in the experts' registry and need to be added during the application:

1.Medical fitness certificate from the Medical Commission for at least three employees.

2.Certificate of good conduct for each employee to be registered as an expert.

3.Insurance contract against risks associated with professional work, covering the new experts.

1.Employees working in the field of expertise to be added must meet the conditions required for natural persons.

2.The number of experts working in the company must not be less than three.

3.The relationship between the experts working in the company and their employment in the company must be substantiated.

4.The field of expertise must align with the nature of the company's activities.

5.If a new insurance contract is submitted, it must be issued by companies approved in the State of Qatar.
