Before submitting the service:

1. Service application form.

2. Copy of Qatari ID card.

3. Approval letter from the employer if the applicant is an employee, or a retirement certificate from the General Retirement Authority if the applicant is retired.

4. Table of missions received and executed during the previous registration period from the Supreme Judicial Council.

5. If the application is submitted after the registration has expired, provide justification for the delay within three months of the expiration date.

During submission:

1. Medical fitness certificate.

2. Good conduct certificate.

1.The mission schedule must be attached in PDF format, clearly indicating the following details: type of mission, mission number, case number, and involved parties.

2.The request must be submitted at least one month before the expiration of the registration.

3.The applicant must have a good reputation and be of commendable conduct.

4.The applicant must not have been convicted by a final judgment of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.

5.The applicant must not have been subject to a final disciplinary ruling or decision to remove their registration from the experts' registry.

6.The applicant must provide proof of medical fitness to practice in the requested field of expertise, certified by the competent medical authority.

7.All documents must be translated into Arabic.

8.The insurance contract must be issued by companies approved in the State of Qatar.

9.If the applicant is an employee, they must obtain prior approval from their employer to practice expert activities.

1,000 QAR if the applicant is a Qatari national.

2,000 QAR if the applicant is a non-Qatari national.
