2. Commercial license (if modified).

3. Establishment registration (if modified).

4. Employment contract for registered experts or a list of names of experts working at the center.

5. Lease contract or ownership proof for the center premises (if modified).

6. Registration card for all employees in the center, if they are registered experts.

If submitted after the registration period:

1. Provide justification for the delay within three months of the expiration date.

2. Table of missions received and executed during the previous registration period.

During submission:

1. Insurance contract against risks related to expert work.

If there are new employees in the center to be registered as experts:

1. Medical fitness certificate from the Medical Commission.

2. Good conduct certificate.

1.The conditions must comply with the requirements stated in Minister of Justice Decision No. 64 of 2023.

2.The mission schedule must be attached in PDF format, clearly indicating the following details: type of mission, mission number, case number, and involved parties.

3.The request must be submitted at least one month before the expiration of the registration.

4.Employees working in the field of expertise within the center must meet the conditions required for natural persons.

5.The relationship between the experts working in the center and their employment in the center must be substantiated.

6.The insurance contract must be issued by companies approved in the State of Qatar.

15,000 QAR for the center registration.

2,500 QAR for each expert.
