This service enables the unification of registered properties or real estate units and concludes with the issuance of a title deed for the new property, for individuals, business, or government entities.

Incomplete Digital

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Property blueprint.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. No-objection letter in case of property restrictions.

6. Undivided share agreement between owners, if there are multiple owners.

1. Ensure there are no restrictions preventing unification.

2. The property must have valid ownership, technical, and reservation details.

1. 100 QAR – Transaction Fee.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property Map Fee.
