Issuance of Certificate of Professional Good Standing

This service aims to issue an official certificate valid for six months, enabling licensed healthcare practitioners to send a Certificate of Professional Good Standing, registration certificate, or related registration forms to the competent health authorities outside Qatar. The certificate ensures no ongoing investigations or actions exist regarding professional conduct, health fitness, or integrity.

Digital

1. Copy of the passport.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID card.

3. Copies of all academic certificates related to the applicant's scope of work.

4. Certificate of Professional Good Standing from the last place of work (in Qatar).

If the practitioner has left Qatar:

5. Certificate of Professional Good Standing from all workplaces in Qatar where they were employed during the last five years, upon applying for the Certificate of Professional Good Standing.

1. The health authority to which the certificate is addressed must be outside Qatar.

2. The passport must be valid.

3. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

4. The receiving health authority must have an official email address.

5. The Certificate of Professional Good Standing from the place of work must be valid for three months.
