This service aims to issue a license for licensed pharmacists in the State of Qatar to dispense narcotic drugs and dangerous psychotropic substances subject to the provisions of Law No. 9 of 1987.

Incomplete Digital

1. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

2. A copy of the facility license.

3. A copy of the license proving the facility’s authorization to possess psychotropic drugs.

4. A copy of the pharmacist’s license.

All required documents must be valid and issued in the State of Qatar.
