This service aims to issue a license for licensed pharmacists in the State of Qatar to dispense psychotropic drugs subject to the provisions of Law No. 19 of 1993.

2. Copy of the pharmacist’s professional license.

3. License of the healthcare facility for handling psychotropic drugs.
