Issuance of Preliminary Evaluation Certificate

This service aims to issue a preliminary evaluation certificate that confirms the healthcare practitioner's technical eligibility to obtain a license to practice. This certificate is valid for six months, non-renewable, and does not serve as a license. Healthcare practitioners can apply for this service from their home country to verify their technical eligibility before arriving in Qatar.

1. Certificate verification report.

2. Copy of the qualifying exam passing certificate (if required).

3. Copy of the passport.

4. Copy of the national ID.

5. Copy of academic certificates.

6. Copy of previous experience certificates.

7. Copy of previous registration or licensing certificates.

8. Personal photograph.

9. Updated CV.

1. The passport must be valid.

2. The qualifying exam certificate must be valid (3 years).

3. The photograph must comply with Circular 4/2014 as outlined on the Health Professions Department website.

4. The CV must match the approved template of the Health Professions Department.

5. Academic certificates, work experience, and registration/licensing certificates must align with the profession/specialty the applicant seeks to be licensed for.
