Request for Tax Return Filing Deadline Extension

This service aims to enable the taxpayer to submit a request to extend the deadline for submitting the tax return in order to provide an opportunity for taxpayers to improve the conditions of their companies within the period specified by the tax authority.

Digital Service

1. A copy of the commercial registration.

2. A copy of the commercial license.

3. Justifications for the service request.

1. The extension period must not exceed 4 months.

2. The application must be based on acceptable reasons and submitted at least 60 days before the deadline for filing the tax return.
