This service enables the transfer of ownership of properties or real estate units through disengagement among a group of owners. Exit refers to disengaging co-ownership by mutual agreement, for individuals or business.

Traditional

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Court decision letter.

1. Verify the property details (no restrictions).

2. A letter must be sent by the competent court to the Real Estate Registration Department electronically (Tawasul).

3. Verify the property owners' details.

1. 0.25% of the property value for registration.

2. QAR 200 for printing the title deed.

3. QAR 100 for printing property/real estate unit plans.

4. Exempt from fees in cases mentioned in Ministerial Decision No. 29 of 2018.
