3. Certified relationship letter between the marketing company and the factory or factories affiliated with it.

4. Certified relationship letter issued by the parent marketing company specifying the names, addresses, and specialties of the company’s branches (if available).

1. The applicant must have an account on the Pharmacy e-System.

2. There must be a registered and approved agent.

3. There must be a registered marketing company.
