1. A certificate issued by the employer detailing the unpaid leave periods.

2. A detailed salary certificate.

3. A copy of the Qatari ID card, or the original Qatari ID card if applying in person.

1. The beneficiary must be an insured individual (currently employed).

2. The contributions must be paid at a rate of 21% based on the subscription calculation salary at the time of the purchase request.

3. The amount must be paid within 30 days from the date of issuing the acceptance letter, or in monthly installments over a maximum of 5 years.
