Traditional

1. A copy of the Qatari ID card of the applicant, or the original Qatari ID card if applying in person.

2. Bank account certificate (IBAN).

3. The original Qatari ID card of the authorized representative, if the applicant is acting on behalf of the insured individual.

4. A power of attorney letter, if the applicant is acting on behalf of the insured individual.

1. The insured individual's service must have ended due to one of the reasons outlined in items (4), (5), or (6) of Article (24) of the Social Insurance Law.

2. The insured individual must be entitled to a retirement pension.

3. The Qatari ID card must be valid.
