This service aims to enable employers in GCC countries to terminate the service of Qatari insured individuals and submit the required documents to complete the termination process.

Incomplete Digital

1. The Unified GCC Insurance Extension Form.

2. A document verifying the reason for termination of service (e.g., death or disability certificate).

**In case of retirement:**

1. Declaration of retirement pension transfer.

2. A certificate with the bank account number.

3. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

1. The form must be approved by the employer.

2. The form must be certified by the Social Insurance Authority in the country of employment.

3. The Qatari ID card must be valid.
