For Businesses:

1. Tax Identification Number (TIN).

2. A copy of the Tax Registration Certificate.

3. A copy of the commercial registration.

4. A copy of the commercial license.

For Government Entities:

1. A copy of the establishment registration card.

For Individuals:

1. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

1. Attach a valid commercial registration.

2. Attach a valid commercial license.

3. The applicant must be registered with the "National Authentication System."

4. For government entities, the establishment registration card must be provided if the commercial registration and license are not available.
