For Businesses:

1. A copy of the commercial registration.

2. A copy of the commercial license.

For Government Entities:

1. A copy of the establishment registration card (if commercial registration and license are not available).

For Individuals:

1. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

1. Attach a valid commercial registration.

2. Attach a valid trade license.

3. Power of attorney for the representative of the concerned party.

4. The customer must be registered in the National Authentication System.

5. Establishment registration card for government entities in case there is no commercial registration or trade license.
