Submission of Withholding Statement as Source

This service aims to enable taxpayers registered with the General Tax Authority to submit a withholding statement, which includes deducting 5% of the amounts paid to service providers from non-resident entities not registered in the State of Qatar.

Digital Service

1. Payment invoices.

2. Copy of the bank transfer for the paid amount.

3. Copy of the contract between the service provider and the recipient.

4. Any other supporting documents for the request.

1. The taxpayer must be registered with the General Tax Authority.

2. The withholding statement must be submitted within 15 days of the end of the month in which the payment was made.
