1. Letter from the license holder approving the addition of the new partner.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID of the new partner and the seller.

3. A 'To Whom It May Concern' letter stating that the new partner does not work for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

1. The new partner must be at least 21 years old.

2. The Qatari ID of the new partner must be valid.

3. The individual must have full legal capacity.

4. The individual must have a good reputation and be of good character.

5. The applicant, managers of the legal entity, or its solidary partners must not be employees of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education or its affiliated entities and must not have direct interests with the Ministry during the license validity period.

6. The individual or the managers of the legal entity or its partners must not have a final judicial ruling against them for crimes involving honor or trust, even if they have been rehabilitated.

7. The applicants can include:

- Locally registered companies in Qatar.

- International companies not currently registered in Qatar (global private companies wishing to open an educational institution in Qatar through a general agent to complete the procedures for establishing the institution).
