4. Real estate documentation.

During the service process:

1. A certificate of good conduct.

2. The sale contract.

3. An updated commercial registration.

1. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

2. The natural person must be at least 21 years old.

3. Must have full civil capacity.

4. Must have a good reputation and be of honorable conduct.

5. The natural person, or any of the managers, partners, or members of the legal entity, must not be employees of the Ministry, its affiliated entities, or have any direct interest with the Ministry during the validity of the license.

6. The natural person, or any of the managers, partners, or members of the legal entity, must not have been convicted of a final judgment in a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust, even if rehabilitated.
