1. A request for approval for studying abroad from the guardian.

2. A written application explaining the reasons for studying abroad.

3. Supporting documents and evidence justifying the reasons for studying abroad.

4. A certificate for the last grade successfully completed by the student.

5. A copy of the Qatari ID card of the student.

1. The student must be a Qatari national.

2. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

3. Prior approval for studying abroad is not required for children of Qatari diplomats and individuals on official assignments abroad.
