At the time of application:

1. Official nomination letter from the nursery.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID of the employee.

3. Academic qualifications attached with a transcript.

4. Experience certificates.

5. Qualification verification certificate.

During the process:

1. Good conduct certificate.

2. Medical certificate from the Medical Commission.

3. Work permit from the Ministry of Labor (for employees under family sponsorship).

4. Certified employment contract from the Ministry of Labor.

1.The Qatari ID card must be valid.

2.When employing teachers, it is required to attach a certificate verifying the academic qualification and a transcript from any academic qualification verification company, starting from January 2025, if the academic qualification is unclear for another profession.

3.All documents must be in Arabic.

4.The academic qualification must be attested by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs and accompanied by a translation in Arabic if the qualification is in another language.

5.Experience certificates must be attested by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Arabic if they are in a language other than Arabic.

6.The job title must match the academic qualification and experience.

7.The required qualifications for each job title must comply with Minister of Education and Higher Education Decision No. (13) of 2024.

8.The employee’s age (for any profession) must not be less than 18 years.

9.The employee must not commence work at the nursery unless all hiring documents are completed, and the Nurseries Department approves their appointment.
