At the time of application:

1. Qatari ID of the transferee (buyer).

During the process:

1. Official letter from the license holder approving the transfer.

2. Good conduct certificate for the transferee (buyer).

3. Qatari ID of the partners and authorized signatories.

4. Preliminary transfer document (“Sale of a Commercial Establishment/Company/Institution” agreement) between the transferor (seller) and transferee (buyer), certified by the Ministry of Justice.

5. Document for “Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation,” certified by the Ministry of Justice.

6. Commercial registration for the nursery after completing the transfer.

7. Trade license.

8. Valid establishment registration card for the nursery.

1. The transferee (buyer) must be at least 21 years old.

2. The transferee (buyer) must have a good reputation and character.

3. The transferee (buyer) must not have been convicted of a final ruling in a crime involving honor or trust, even if rehabilitated.

4. Engagement in the field of care and education must be among the permitted activities for the legal entity of the buyer.

5. The transferee (buyer) and partners must not be employed in any sector of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

6. The transfer request must be submitted at least three months before the nursery license expiry.
