Authentication of a school document issued by a foreign school within the State of Qatar

This service aims to authenticate a school document (such as a transcript or school certificate) issued by a foreign school within the State of Qatar for students of private schools that do not follow the Qatari curriculum.

Traditional; Digital

1. A copy of the Qatari ID (if the application is submitted in person).

2. A grade report or certificate statement to be authenticated (if the application is submitted in person).

1. The Qatari ID must be valid.

2. The beneficiary must have a bank account.

3. The certificate or statement must be stamped and signed by the school if it was issued before the academic year (2020–2021).

4. If the certificate was issued before the academic year (2020–2021), the certificate must first be obtained from the school and then authenticated at the Ministry’s headquarters (for private schools not following the government curriculum).

5. Students with disabilities are exempt from paying fees.
