1. A copy of the passport.

2. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

3. The certificate to be authenticated and its complete transcripts (front and back).

4. Authorization letter for the issuing university to conduct verification.

5. Language proficiency certificate (if the study was not in the applicant’s native language).

6. Transcripts of transferred credits, if applicable, for credits counted towards the degree to be authenticated.

7. Authorization letter for transferred credits.

8. Employment letter (from a governmental or semi-governmental entity).

9. The applicant’s previous qualifications and their equivalency letter in Qatar (if obtained abroad), or attestation by the University Degree Equivalency Department if issued by an accredited institution in Qatar.

10. High school certificate and its equivalency letter if it is non-Qatari or follows a non-Qatari curriculum.

11. Any additional documents deemed necessary by the department.

1. The applicant must reside in Qatar with a valid residency permit or have arrived in Qatar for work purposes.

2. The applicant must be employed or nominated for employment by a governmental or semi-governmental entity.

3. Certificate authentication must be required by the employer.

4. All required documents must be valid.
