1. Letter from the guardian.

2. Letter from the nursery confirming that the guardian wants to cancel the child’s registration.

3. Copy of the Qatari ID of the child.

4. Commitment to cancel the child’s registration from the National Student Information System, at the responsibility of the nursery license holder (if the nursery fails to communicate with the guardian).

1.Provide the reason for canceling the child's registration in the letter submitted by the guardian to the nursery.

2.The guardian must not have any outstanding financial dues to the nursery.
