**At the time of application:**

1. Notification letter to parents regarding the final closure of the nursery.

2. Document confirming the payment of wages to nursery staff.

3. Letter confirming that parents have no financial dues to the nursery and vice versa.

During the process:

1. Canceled commercial registration.

2. Canceled trade license.

1. The request must be submitted at least two months before initiating the closure procedures.

2. The letters must be official, issued by the nursery, and include the nursery logo, the license holder's signature, and the nursery stamp.
