This service aims to allow private educational institutions to request change in ownership of a private educational facility

At the time of application:

1. Sale and transfer letter.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID of the new buyer.

3. Copy of the Qatari ID of the seller.

4. A 'To Whom It May Concern' letter stating that the buyer does not work for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

During the process:

1. Good conduct certificate.

2. Sale contract.

3. New commercial registration.

4. Trade license.

5. Articles of incorporation with the new owner.

1.The natural person applying must not be less than 21 Gregorian years old.

2.The applicant must possess full civil capacity.

3.The applicant must be of good conduct and reputation.

4.The natural person applicant, the managers of the legal entity, or the general partners must not be employees of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education or its affiliated entities or authorities, nor have any direct interest with the Ministry during the validity of the license.

5.The natural person or any of the managers of the legal entity or the general partners must not have been convicted by a final judgment of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, even if rehabilitated. Applicants may include the following categories:

-A company locally registered in Qatar.

-An international company not currently registered in Qatar (a global private company intending to open an educational institution in Qatar through a general agent to complete the procedures for establishing the educational institution).
