1. Upon request submission:

- CV of the workshop holder.

- Certified trainer certificate for the holder (if required).

- Detailed letter about the training workshop content.

- List of workshop requirements; to be catered.

2. During the service:

- A brief presentation of the workshop content to the respective committee from the Programs and Activities Department (if required).

1. The workshop content must be approved by the proposing entity.

2. The request must be made during an appropriate period within the academic year.

3. The request must be submitted two weeks before the workshop date.
