4. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

3. The grade report must include the following elements: (the student’s full name, the school’s name, the academic year, the grades for each subject, the student’s final result at the end of the academic year, and the country issuing the certificate).

4. The school certificates must be certified by the official authorities and the Qatari embassy (or its equivalent) in the country issuing the certificate.

5. School certificate equivalency for students coming from abroad and wishing to enroll in schools in Qatar is required as follows:

• For Qatari students coming from outside Qatar: Certificate equivalency is a prerequisite for registration in government or private schools of all types, provided the student has obtained prior approval for studying abroad.

• For non-Qatari students coming from outside Qatar: Certificate equivalency is a prerequisite for registration in government schools and private schools that follow the national standards curriculum only.
