1. A copy of the passport (for students who obtained their certificate outside Qatar).

2. The most recent certified secondary school certificate grade report.

3. Graduation statement (if available).

4. The previous year’s certificate (for holders of secondary school certificates issued outside Qatar).

5. An official letter requesting equivalency issued by a Qatari ministry, governmental institution, or higher education institution operating in Qatar (for non-Qatari holders of secondary school certificates issued outside Qatar).

6. Travel movement report from “Metrash2.”

7. A signed declaration of the certificate's authenticity from the beneficiary.

8. A signed authorization to disclose school certificate data from the beneficiary.

1. The grade report must include the following elements: (the student’s full name, the school’s name, the academic year, the grades for each subject, the student’s final result at the end of the academic year, and the country issuing the certificate).

2. For students coming from outside Qatar, their school certificates must be certified by the official authorities and the Qatari embassy in the country issuing the certificate.

3. School certificate equivalency is required for the following categories: (holders of secondary school certificates issued by private schools in Qatar not following the national standards curriculum, or holders of secondary school certificates issued outside Qatar seeking equivalency for purposes such as employment, work, scholarships, etc.).

4. The travel movement report must cover the entire academic year during which the certificate was issued.
