At the time of application:

1. Plans for the proposed building to be annexed to the nursery, including:

- General site plan indicating the total land area.

- Ground floor plan showing room dimensions and measurements (architectural plan).

- First floor plan showing room dimensions and measurements (architectural plan), if applicable.

- Basement plan showing room dimensions and measurements (architectural plan), if applicable.

During the process:

1. Preliminary approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the proposed building to be annexed to the nursery.

2. Certified lease agreement for the new building, or a certified ownership deed in the name of the license holder, one of the partners (if any), or the nursery name.

3. Kahramaa (electricity and water) bill for the new building.

4. Traffic license with the address of the annexed building.

5. Civil defense certificate with the address of the annexed building.

6. Approval document for the installation of surveillance cameras with the address of the annexed building.

7. Trade license with the address of the annexed building.

1.Obtain approval from the Nurseries Department to annex the building adjacent to the nursery before obtaining a license for that from the Nurseries Department.

2.The request must be submitted at least six months before the nursery license expires.
