2. Written request submitted by the student, including the reasons for the freeze.

3. Academic transcript.

4. For postgraduate scholarship students, an approval letter from the employer supporting the freeze request.

1.The student is allowed to suspend their scholarship for two consecutive or separate semesters. The student is not entitled to any monthly stipend during the suspension period, except in medical circumstances approved by the Scholarship Committee.
