1. At the time of application:

- Official letter from the institution owner expressing the desire to open an additional branch.

- Feasibility study outlining operational expenses, proposed fees, and supporting evidence, such as quotations, purchase invoices, or documented contracts.The tuition fees for the branch should be the same as the tuition fees for the main branch. If a feasibility study is submitted for the tuition and additional fees, it will be studied and approved.

2. During the process:

- Civil defense certificate.

- Traffic license.

- Commercial registration.

- Trade license.

- Approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the proposed building.

- Inspection report from an accredited consulting firm for the proposed building.

- Approved document from the Security Systems Department at the Ministry of Interior regarding the use of cameras and surveillance devices.

- Valid rental contract for the proposed building or land.

1.The applicant must be the owner of the institution.

5,000 QAR for one educational level or 8,000 QAR for multiple levels
