During the service process:

1. Certificate of good conduct (for the owner, partners, and director).

2. Medical commission certificate.

3. The architectural blueprint of the building.

4. A copy of the blue plate.

5. A copy of the electricity number.

6. Bank guarantee.

7. The commercial registration.

8. The Trade license.

9. Civil Defense certificate.

10.Title Deed / Lease Agreement

11.Employment Contract for the Manager

1. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

2. The owner or partners must be at least 21 years old.

3. Must have full civil capacity and good reputation.

4. None of the owners or partners may be an employee of the Ministry or its affiliated entities.

5. None of the owners or partners may have a direct interest with the Ministry during the validity period of the license.
