4. A copy of the company’s Articles of Association (for legal entities in the private sector).

5. Commercial registration certificates for companies.

6. The mission, goals, and programs offered by the educational institution.

7. A declaration of the company’s capital and financial support for the institution.

8. A commitment document from the founders not to withdraw from the project of establishing the higher education institution before the start of studies.

9. All information and documents related to the nature of the academic partnership with the parent university, if available at this stage.

1. The application must be submitted in preparation for the administration.

2. The institution must be in partnership with a foreign educational institution.

3. This foreign institution must be among the best 300 educational institutions in the world.
