**At the time of application:**

1. Copy of the Qatari ID of the applicant, partners (if any), authorized signatories (if any), and manager.

2. Verified academic qualification of the manager.

**During the process:**

1. Good conduct certificate for the license applicant, partners (if any), and manager.

2. Inspection report of the proposed building for the nursery, issued by an accredited engineering consultancy office approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

3. Preliminary approval for the proposed building for the nursery from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

4. Certified lease agreement for the nursery building, or ownership deed in the name of the license applicant, one of the partners (if any), or the nursery name.

5. Copy of the Kahramaa (electricity and water) bill.

6. Feasibility study for the nursery, approved by a certified financial office in Qatar.

1. The Qatari ID must be valid.

2. The manager’s academic qualification must not be less than a bachelor’s degree.

3. The license applicant must be at least 21 years old.

4. The individual must have a good reputation and character.

5. The individual must not have been convicted of a final ruling in a crime involving honor or trust, even if rehabilitated.

6. Engagement in the field of care and education must be among the permitted activities for the legal entity applying for the nursery license.

7. The license applicant and partners must not be employed in any sector of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
