1. School Grade Report Certificate Request Form (if the request is submitted in person).

2. A copy of the Qatari ID of the student or guardian (if the request is submitted in person).

3. A copy of the passport for non-Qataris (if the request is submitted in person).

1. The beneficiary must possess a valid bank card.

2. Service fees must be paid for certificates from previous academic years.

3. The Qatari ID must be valid.

4. The passport must be valid.

5. If the certificate was issued before the academic year (2010–2011), a manual application must be submitted to the School Certificate Equivalency and Authentication Department at the Ministry’s headquarters.

6. Fees for issuing the electronic certificate for the current academic year are waived (for students of government schools and private schools following the government curriculum only).

7. If the certificate was issued before the academic year (2020–2021), the certificate must first be obtained from the school and then authenticated at the Ministry’s headquarters (for private schools not following the government curriculum).
