Job Title Modification for a Nursery Employee

This service aims to service allows nurseries to request approval for modifying the job title of an employee.

Digital

At the time of application:

1. Official letter from the nursery requesting a job title change.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID of the employee.

3. Academic qualifications attached with a transcript.

4. Experience certificates.

5. Qualification verification certificate.

During the process:

1. Good conduct certificate.

2. Medical certificate from the Medical Commission.

3. Work permit from the Ministry of Labor (for employees under family sponsorship).

4. Certified employment contract from the Ministry of Labor.

1.When changing the employee’s profession to "Teacher," it is required to attach a certificate verifying the academic qualification from any academic qualification verification company, starting from January 2025.

2.If the academic qualification of the employee is unclear for changing their profession to any other job, a certificate verifying the academic qualification must be attached.

3.All documents must be translated into Arabic if they are in another language.

4.The academic qualification must be in Arabic and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

5.Experience certificates must be attested by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Arabic if they are in a language other than Arabic.

6.The job title must match the academic qualifications and experience.

7.The required qualifications for each job title must comply with Minister of Education and Higher Education Decision No. (13) of 2024.
