2. All previous certificates approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education for verification and equivalency purposes.

3. A bank card for electronic payment of fees.

1. Certificates and documents must be issued by an accredited university within Qatar.

2. The academic program must be approved.

3. The certificate attestation request form must be filled manually (available at the department).

4. If the document to be attested is an academic degree, all previous certificates must be attached, approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education for verification and equivalency purposes.
