Renewal of a Nursery License

This service aims to service allows private nurseries to renew their operating license before its expiry.

**At the time of application:**

1. Qatari ID of the license holder, partners (if any), and authorized signatories (if any).

2. Verified academic qualification of the manager (not less than a bachelor's degree), authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. Work permit or good conduct certificate for the manager.

4. Certified employment contract for the manager.

**During the process:**

1. Good conduct certificate for the license holder, partners, and authorized signatories (if any).

2. Certified lease agreement for the nursery building in the name of the license holder, one of the partners (if any), or the nursery name, or a certified ownership deed.

3. Copy of the Kahramaa (electricity and water) bill.

4. Commercial registration for the nursery.

5. Traffic license for the nursery building, valid at the time of renewal.

6. Civil defense certificate for the nursery building.

7. Approval document for the installation of surveillance cameras in the nursery building from the Security Systems Administration at the Ministry of Interior.

8. Trade license for the nursery building.

9. Establishment registration card for the nursery.

10. License for the nursery’s first aid unit.

11. Documents for the visiting doctor (Qatari ID, practice license, and certified contract from the Ministry of Justice).

12. Documents for the nursery nurse (Qatari ID, practice license, certified contract from the Ministry of Justice, or certified employment contract from the Ministry of Labor, and work permit or good conduct certificate).

13. Bank guarantee letter worth 100,000 QAR.

1. The renewal application must be submitted three months before the license expiry.

2. Supporting documents must be valid.

3. The bank guarantee letter must be in Arabic, under the nursery’s trade name, and valid.
