Traditional

1. A copy of the passport.

2. The official year-end grade reports for the last two academic years for students in grades (1–11).

3. A travel movement report from “Metrash 2” if the certificate is from outside Qatar.

4. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

5. A detailed medical report about the student’s condition.

1. The passport must be valid.

2. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

3. The medical report must be recent and issued by an approved governmental authority.

4. The grade report must include the following elements:

• The student’s full name

• The school’s name

• The academic year

• The grades for each subject

• The student’s final result at the end of the academic year

• The country issuing the certificate

5. The school certificates must be certified by the official authorities and the Qatari embassy (or its equivalent) in the country issuing the certificate.
