At the time of application:

1. A copy of the Qatari ID card of the new owner.

2. The CV of the new owner.

3. An updated commercial registration.

During the service process:

1. A certificate of good conduct for the owner.

2. The commercial license.

3. Civil Defense certificate.

4. Bank guarantee.

1. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

2. The person must be at least 21 years old.

3. Must have full civil capacity.

4. Must have a good reputation and be of honorable conduct.

5. The beneficiary, or any of the directors, partners, or members of the legal entity, must not be employees of the Ministry, its affiliated entities, or have any direct interest with the Ministry during the validity of the license.

6. The beneficiary, or any of the directors, partners, or members of the legal entity, must not have been convicted of a final ruling in a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust, even if rehabilitated.
