This service aims to accept and deposit documents authenticated before competent foreign authorities and record them in the registers, for individuals or corporate entities (companies).

Incomplete Digital

1. Proof of identity:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. Passport.

2. Commercial registration if the applicant is a commercial company.

3. Establishment registration card if the applicant is a legal entity without a commercial registration.

4. Commercial license for professional activities.

5. Other documents:

a. Inheritance inventory.

b. Documentation for minors.

c. Approvals.

d. Others.

6. Power of attorney if signing on behalf of another.

7. Arabic translation of the document if it is in another language.

1. The applicant must be a citizen or resident registered in the Hukoomi database.

2. All required documents must be valid.

1. 100 QAR for three copies.

2. 50 QAR for each party.

3. 50 QAR for each additional copy.
