1.The applicant must hold a university degree from a recognized university or higher educational institution in their field of specialization.

2.The applicant must have a minimum of ten years of post-graduation experience in the field of expertise for which registration is requested.

3.Exceptions to conditions (1) and (2) may be granted in specific fields determined by a decision from the Minister, based on the recommendation of the Committee.

4.All required documents must be translated into Arabic.
