This service aims to attest a legal contract between two parties for selling an industrial facility or land benefit of an industrial facility from the municipality, for individuals or corporate entities (companies).

a. Qatari ID card.

b. Passport.

2. Commercial registration if the applicant is a commercial company.

3. Establishment registration card if the applicant is a legal entity without a commercial registration.

4. Commercial license for professional activities.

5. Other documents:

a. Inheritance inventory.

b. Documentation for minors.

c. Approvals.

d. Others.

6. Power of attorney if signing on behalf of another.

7. Arabic translation of the document if it is in another language.

8. Lease contract from the municipality.

9. Approval from the Ministry of Municipality.

1. The applicant must be a citizen or resident registered in the Hukoomi database.

2. All required documents must be valid.
